Welcome to our 2010 Alaska Cruise Special. One of our greatest treasures comes from sharing our excitement with others about this land we have called home. We often get asked, Are you truly Alaskans? The answer is yes, we have lived in Alaska for over 25 years and take pleasure in sharing our passion for this land with others.

We will be developing an outline for the cruise itinerary from the recommendations from those interested in joining us in 2010. On May 31^st 2009 we are also scheduled to sail on aboard the MS Veendam from Holland America departing from Vancouver British Columbia to Seward Alaska. This will be our first voyage that terminates in Seward so we will be logging our trip every day for you to read and follow along this early season voyage. We are excited to announce that Holland America will be adding Anchorage to it's port visits in 2010. This is a big addition to their already impressive cruise itineraries.

The Alaska Cruise 2010.

Holland America Line is introducing new 14-day Alaskan Adventurer cruises on its flagship ms Amsterdam in 2010, which will sail roundtrip from Seattle and include a call at Anchorage for the first time. The 1,380-guest Amsterdam will be the first cruise ship of a major cruise line to call regularly in Anchorage, providing guests with a full day and evening in Alaska’s major city. The Amsterdam will also call at Homer and Kodiak, two new and less frequented ports for guests to discover.

We have chosen Holland America Cruises as the cruise line to host our 2010 cruise to Alaska as their itinerary best covers our desired course. With an air of mystery that is gracefully blended within the anticipated serenity, this new cruise is sure to prove impossible for one not to enjoy. In Juneau we will visit a native heritage museum and see and hear about Alaska's rich history with the sea.	See totem poles being carved and learn about the meanings behind the figures sculptured into these mammoth logs.	From Seward Alaska we transfer to the Alaska Railroad for a two day journey through Denali Park to Fairbanks.
